Enrollment Office Hours: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Monday through Saturday.
Payment Information: We accept all credit cards. Post office money orders and cashier’s checks can be accepted 30 days before the start of each class. Payable to Event Decorating Academy.
Grants: Government grants, workforce, rehab grants and new business city grants payments must be received before the first day of class. We offer six months free financing through PayPal. Discounts: Receive a 5% team discount on selected courses when 3 or more people from same company enroll for the same course. (Group participants must register at the same time to be eligible for the discount.
Cancellations: Due to our limited class size we take cancellation very seriously. If it’s necessary to cancel, please notify us by phone or email. When you register.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel 30 days or more before the class your tuition will be refunded, minus the deposit.
If you cancel in less than 30 days before the class, we cannot refund the tuition. You will receive a credit only towards future classes, minus the deposit, good for one year.
If you cancel seven days or less before the class, we cannot refund the tuition, and you will lose your payment in full unless you find a person to take your space.
We reserve all rights to cancel classes due to a staff emergency, weather or low attendance. Should this occur, all your money plus the deposit will be refunded in full. Any cancellations due to catastrophic events and which are out of our control will be submitted to the insurance.

Regulations: Classes are for the sole reason of having a career as a decorator, not for teaching purposes. The EDA prohibits anyone from teaching our curriculum. A non-compete agreement must be signed. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We reserve the rights to refuse service.
